3. Inphotoweb holds no responsibility regarding third parties with regards to the violation by the password holder of the absolutely unbreakable regulations above
4. Inphotoweb reserves full rights to prohibit access to the site to subjects who have violated the above regulations
5. The pictures selected may not be superimposed, cut or joined to other pictures nor may the integrity of the pictures themselves be damaged, in any way. Likewise, words or other symbols that might substantially change the object or significance of the picture may not be associated with the pictures
6. No manipulation is permitted, including redimensioning, extrapolation of details, altering the quality
7. Any use that can be related to any form whatsoever of pornography is absolutely forbidden
8. It is absolutely forbidden to lend, hire out, sell any picture, as well as its transfer to cd. Bbs or use in any other form whatsoever of on-line service
9. It is absolutely forbidden to use the pictures for other purposes without authorization on the part of Inphotoweb.it
10. The pictures in the site belong to all effects to Inphotoweb and through Inphotoweb to the respective owners
11. The pictures are protected by copyright laws throughout the world in conformity with the copyright laws
12. Inphotoweb refuses all responsibility for an improper or unauthorized use of the pictures, in violation of the regulations above which are to be considered absolutely unbreakable
13. In accessing the site and consulting and selecting the pictures in the digital Archive of the firm, the user acceptsthe conditions that protect the copyright, as established in these pages, by Italian law and the extant relevant conventions and international treaties, to which express reference is made
14. Images collected from our archives can be reproduced only once on the mass-media for whom you had password and username
15. Inphotoweb must be informed of any further use of an image stocked in a client archive and rights of reprodution must be paid

1. All its contents have been predisposed and are governed in conformity to the laws in force in the Republic of Italy. Access to the site, on the conditions described above, is free and implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions by the user
2. All the marks and distinctive signs contained in this site belong exclusively to the respective owners
3. It is absolutely forbidden to use the Inphotoweb marks as meta-tags (key words) for websites
4. Inphotoweb guarantees that all links with external sites managed by third parties present in their website have all been authorized by the respective owners or, in any case, in the absence of explicit refusal. Inphotoweb is of course not responsible for the correct functioning of the links to external sites nor the contents of these sites
